Healing begins when you feel safe in your body.

Meet Lindsay

I’ve been fascinated by the power of touch and the body’s ability to heal since I was young, often finding myself intuitively helping friends and family feel better through hands-on care. While studying nursing, my deep interest in anatomy and the body’s inner workings led me toward massage therapy, where I discovered how physical and emotional healing intersect. I graduated from Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2004 and began a rewarding career helping clients restore balance and wellness.

As an athlete and active mother, I eventually faced my own chronic pain: debilitating headaches and back pain that persisted despite every remedy I tried. During my fourth pregnancy in 2016, I discovered Myofascial Release (MFR), and it changed everything. With each session, my migraines eased, my body softened, and I began to move freely again. For the first time, I experienced peace in both body and mind.

That transformation inspired me to study the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approach, an advanced, whole-body method that works with the body’s natural healing capacity. What began as personal healing became a lifelong passion.

Today, through Myofascial Release of St. George, I help clients release pain, restore movement, and reconnect with themselves. My work is both science-based and deeply intuitive—rooted in presence, compassion, and respect for the body’s innate wisdom. Healing isn’t something I do to you; it’s something we invite through you, together.

Regular Myofascial Release treatments became essential, allowing me to feel better than I had in decades, even at a stage in my life where that seemed improbable.

My Approach to Healing

At Myofascial Release of St. George, I don’t just treat symptoms; I help redefine how you heal. Chronic pain, limited movement, and past injuries don’t have to dictate how you live. My approach goes beyond temporary relief to address the root causes of pain, dysfunction, and stored emotional tension, so your body can move freely and return to its natural state of balance.

As a specialist in the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approach, I combine expert-level knowledge with intuitive, hands-on precision to unlock deep restrictions, restore fluid movement, and facilitate emotional release. This work is gentle yet profoundly effective, inviting the body to soften rather than forcing it to comply.

True healing isn’t just physical. It’s a transformation that frees both body and mind. Over years of study, practice, and refinement, I’ve seen how this therapy helps athletes, injury survivors, and those living with chronic pain reconnect with their strength, enhance performance, and prevent future setbacks.

Most bodywork focuses on short-term relief. Myofascial Release is different. Each session is designed for those ready to take an active role in their healing — to release what’s been held for too long and experience lasting change.

What I Believe

Healing is not a quick fix; it’s a partnership.

It’s a process rooted in safety, patience, and the body’s innate intelligence.

I believe:

  • Healing happens when you feel safe in your body. My role is to create that space of trust and support so your body can finally let go.

  • The body and mind are inseparable. Lasting change requires addressing both the physical and emotional layers of restriction.

  • Gentleness is powerful. The most profound transformation often begins with stillness, softness, and listening deeply to what the body is saying.

  • Your body already knows how to heal. My job is to help you reconnect with that wisdom.

Every session is an invitation to return to yourself — to feel more ease, more presence, and more possibility than you thought possible.
