What I Offer

My approach goes beyond surface symptoms to address the root causes of pain and imbalance. This work isn’t about force; it’s about listening to the body with gentle, sustained pressure that allows deep, lasting release.

It is comprehensive, whole-body approach to pain relief and movement restoration. Each appointment includes a postural assessment, review of your health history, and therapeutic guidance on how Myofascial Release supports long-term healing.

What You Should Know

Seeking Pain Relief?

If you’re seeking Myofascial Release for pain relief or to address an issue, I typically see new clients once a week for six weeks initially. Most clients respond well to this frequency and begin making meaningful changes during that time.

However, the impact of a single session is not the same as that of six sessions. As we progress, the goal is always to gradually reduce the frequency of appointments and establish a maintenance schedule that suits each client.

To avoid long gaps between your sessions, I strongly recommend booking your full six sessions in advance.

You can always cancel or adjust if necessary, but having them on the calendar ensures continuity. You can book 3 months in advance.

For those seeking wellness or relaxation: If you’re booking for general wellness, relaxation, or simply to experience Myofascial Release, you’re welcome to schedule as needed.

Policies

  • Deposit is required at the time of booking. Card retained on file for future sessions.

  • 48-hour cancellation notice is needed to avoid a fee.

  • No-shows will be charged in full.

  • No tipping: Reviews and referrals are greatly appreciated.

Resources

I provide a wealth of resources to aid in your treatment:

Booking an Appointment

  • Please select “New Client MFR Session” to complete intake forms prior to your visit.

  • My schedule is currently booked out a few weeks, so it is recommended that you book as soon as possible.

  • If you prefer to schedule just one session to start, that’s perfectly fine. However, please note that your next available appointment might be a few weeks out.

  • I typically see new clients once a week for six weeks initially. Most clients respond well to this frequency and begin making meaningful changes during that time.

  • When massages weren't helping with my back and neck pain, I knew I needed something different, so I started doing some research and that's when I came across Myofascial Release and it's exactly what I've been needing. Lindsay is so knowledgeable and can read the body and tell exactly what needs to be worked on.

  • I'm a runner and was training for a long race. After going to a chiropractor for my hip and knee pain and not getting any results, I decided to try myofascial release. Even after 1 appointment I started to notice a difference. Within 3 appointments my hip pain was and I had my best training session.

  • I have been receiving treatments from Lindsay for almost a year. It has changed my life. She really knows what she’s doing. Very grateful for her help.
